What are the Hottest Hair Colors for Summer 2015

It’s hard to believe that it is already June.  It seems like 2015 is flying by at a rapid pace.  There is one good thing about it already being June – The official start to summer is here!

June 21st is the official first day of summer.  Are you prepared to rock your “LA Summer Chic” look?  The first step to looking summer ready is having the correct hairstyle for the beach, a business lunch on an outdoor patio or a night out with friends.  The three hottest color choices for the summer are:

Popular summer hair colors

– Monotonal Brunette – This basically means that you stick with one dark solid color choice for your brunette locks.  A monotonal style is also easy to maintain for the season since you don’t have to worry about varying the look of your locks.

– Red – Choosing to color your hair red still leaves you some flexibility to showcase your individual style.  You can go Old School Red, Copper, Chestnut or Strawberry Red.  Some of the A-List celebs that choose to be a redhead include Julia Roberts, Julianne Moore and Christina Hendricks.

– Blonde – While a blonde hairdo is always in season, there’s something extra special about being blonde during the summer in Los Angeles.  It evokes images of the beach and summer fun in the sand.  Some classic Hollywood blonde bombshells include Marilyn Monroe, Charlize Theron and Jennifer Lawrence.

What color are you going to sport this summer?  Think of your hairstyle as your personal calling card.  The right color not only helps you get attention in meetings and social situations, it also helps to make a lasting impression on those you just met, or reconnected with, and ensures they won’t forget you anytime soon.  The important thing to remember is once you choose your summer color, be sure and rock it, own it and make it your own for everyone to see all summer long.
